We do not offer any specific packages at this time. We use a fixed rate at Elsass Hall and each rental includes 25 round tables, 200 white chairs, 6 rectangular tables and 6 cocktail tables. 

Our Hall is incredibly spacious. With dimensions of 77×40, we can comfortably accommodate 250 people.

To secure the date, we will need half of the rental fee. The remaining balance, plus the cleaning fee and the security deposit are due 30 days prior to the event. We have a variety of ways to pay, including CashApp, PayPal & Venmo.

We kindly ask that all tours are by appointment only. You can request a tour by calling or texting Brittany at 210-416-4999.

You and your guests are welcome to park in front of City Hall or the street anywhere around the building. Guests may also utilize the large, spacious parking lot directly behind City Hall.

No. Elsass Hall provides a beautiful, unique venue, round tables, rectangular tables, cocktail tables, 200 classic white chairs and access to the building for the full day. Linens can be rented from any of our local vendors or a vendor of your choice.

Yes. The Hall is very spacious and can easily accommodate a ceremony and a reception. There are several places in the Hall that serve as a beautiful ceremony backdrop. We have a stunning, wooden triangular arch that you are welcome to use for your ceremony as well. 

You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract. Please plan accordingly!

Yes, candles are allowed as long as the flame is completely contained in a candle holder. Tapered candles and any type of hanging candles will not be allowed for safety reasons. 

We kindly ask that you do not use any glitter and do not place any holes in the walls. Command hooks and tape work great for hanging!
